Most products can be assembled within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size and complexity. Since our furniture is made from solid wood, some larger pieces may be quite heavy, so we recommend having additional help during assembly when needed.

Yes. The wood is carefully treated before production to improve durability. After finishing, each item is coated with a protective spray layer. We also pack every product with care to help reduce exposure to moisture and mold, which can contribute to termite-related issues.

Our furniture is made from a variety of materials, including solid wood and driftwood. If you would like more specific details about the wood used for a particular item, our support team will be happy to assist.

All of our solid wood furniture is made to order. After an order is placed, it is assigned to one of our production workshops in Vietnam or Singapore, depending on current production volume and workshop capacity.

Once production, inspection, and packing are completed, the furniture is shipped directly to the customer in the United States.
